Impressions from our Longboard Days - Yoga & Longboard Retreat this April in Spain.
Empty line-ups and perfect, little longboard waves in the south of Spain.
This week we went for sunrise sessions every morning.
The atmosphere is very special, the water glassy and the mood peaceful and calm.

Daily yoga sessions in our beautiful yoga dome in the garden of our retreat villa.
From therapeutic acro yoga, thai massage workshops and basic alignment classes to sweaty vinyasa flow on beat sessions and Inside Flow we explored different styles of Inside Yoga. Always adjusted to our mood and needs before / after surfing.
